- open the shoe. The new BOA IP-1 reel has a hexagonal shape that, combined with the rubberized finish, makes it the more effective grip.
- TSS Tarsal Support Sistem: This shoe is designed with the TSS technology “Tarsal Support System” to ensure the perfect position of the foot inside the shoe, obtaining a rounded and more efficient pedal stroke.
- Air Ventilation System: All Gaerne shoes provide excellent breathability and a perfect climate.
- Heel Cup: All-new injection-molded plastic anatomic heel-cup will not deform or weaken. Anti-tendonitis form with internal non-slip treatment for the best foot stability and control.
- EPS Comfort Insole: Internal anatomical insole with tarsal area support to grant comfort and pedaling efficiency. The insole is perforated for optimum microclimate inside the shoe.
- Dual FCS: The innovative DUAL FCS Fitting Closure System consists of two BOA IP-1 micro adjustable reels and 4 guides for each reel. These elements allow to obtain a precise, fast and personalized closure on the entire frontal area of the shoe, without any pressure point.
- Gaerne EPS Carbon Speedplay Sole: The new “GAERNE EPS CARBON SPEEDPLAY”sole guarantees absolute lightness and rigidity. Thanks to the per-fect positioning of the holes, which allows for a wider range of adjustment and greater decline of the cleat compared to other soles currently on the market. This new sole has received Speedplay approval as indicated on the sole itself. Non-slip rubber inserts in the front and rear of the sole provide security whilst walking. The rear insert is replaceable.
